Order error
If you've ordered an item in error, you may return it within 14 days provided it is unopened, unused and in its original resaleable condition. Return postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
Processing Time

All orders will be processed and sent out within 3-5 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are shipped via our chosen shipment company to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Shipping Methods

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days) for all deliveries.
Tracking & Delivery

Every order will be assigned a tracking number, which will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of any replacement shipping charges required to resend the order. Replacement orders will only be dispatched once the additional shipping fee has been paid and a valid delivery address has been provided.
Proof of Delivery & Refunds

Once Royal Mail provides proof of delivery showing that the package has arrived at the specified address, Raez Body cannot issue refunds or replacements for missing items.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact Royal Mail directly to resolve the issue, as they are responsible once delivery is confirmed.

Raez Body is not responsible for any missing items if the tracking information states that the package has been delivered to the address provided.
